Terms and Conditions of Sale

At Mini-Jumps we want you to be delighted with the products that you purchase from us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is any element of your customer experience that does not live up to expectations. Subject to the contract details below we offer a no quibble replacement policy for any standard products that you are not happy with and have not been used by you and/or have not been manufactured to our exacting standards. 



Mini-Jumps are fun for children and encourage exercise. Please note the safety advice on our website and on the packaging provided. Whilst designed specifically to minimise risk and heighten safety over improvised jumping methods, use of our product may result in minor injury on occasion. Mini-Jumps accepts no responsibility for such injury and considers it part of the normal childhood experience. If you are unhappy with the risks of such play, we recommend you do not use our products.


Our Contract

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Elliott+Lily Limited trading as “Mini-Jumps” (“we” and “us”) to the customer (“you”) and constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. 


1.2 All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us. We are not obliged to accept your order and may decline it or limit the order quantity.


2. Price & Payment 

2.1 The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site at the time you place your order (see note 2.3)


2.2 We reserve the right to change the price of goods at any time both up and down however the price you will be charged will be that in force on the website at the time you place your order (please see note 2.3).


2.3 Occasionally an error may occur with our web site and goods may be incorrectly priced in which circumstances we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price. 


2.4 We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for carriage, before your order can be processed unless we have agreed otherwise in advance in writing.


3. Delivery & Title

3.1 A valid signature will be required on collection or delivery. Most UK, USA and Europe geographical areas are quoted on the website, please contact us for shipping costs outside this area.


3.2 Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your risk. If you instruct the goods to be left in a suitable location and not signed for this will be carried out at the carriers discretion and we will consider our contract to have been fulfilled.


4. Availability 

If we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we may, at our discretion, supply or deliver a substituted product or refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days. We will advise of any stock delays via email.


5. Cancellation & Returns 

5.1 You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 72 hours of the date of delivery to you. Such notice may be given by phone or email. 

5.2 On cancellation for whatever reason, any goods in transit must be returned to us at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In this case we will meet the cost of return but we ask that we arrange the carrier.

5.3 Please notify us of any delivery shortages within 7 days of delivery so that we can locate the missing items or claim upon the carrier.

5.4 If goods appear faulty on receipt please do not hesitate to contact us so we may rectify any issue.


6. Liability 

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods within 7 days of delivery, we will (subject to clause 4) either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question at our discretion. 


6.2 We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. 


6.3 This does not affect your statutory rights if you are a consumer.


7. Force Majeure 

We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, weather, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).


9. General 

If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. 


10. Customers in the United States of America

a) The jumps are guaranteed against faulty workmanship for 90 days. Return the faulty item to us for assessment and if applicable, immediate replacement. For your reassurance, we can state that we have a very, very low failure rate.

11. All Export Customers

Please refer to the seperate section 'Export Orders' for further information regarding sales to individuals domiciled outside fo the UK.



This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
